Why this Minitry?
After being led to leave my job of 15 years I stepped into a season that looked like loss--- but it was truly God positioning me for purpose. Through closed doors, hard lessons, and surrendered plans, I gave God my, "yes." That yes changed everything.
Today, I am a non-fiction writer, author and speaker, called to declare who Jesus is, what He has done for me and what He will do for you. At Open-Door Outreach, we meet you where you are, if you need prayer, we pray, declare and prophesy, what the Lord is saying, If you have taken the wrong path, we walk with you to back to truth through the word of God. if you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ and want to know Him, we minister to you the gospel of Jesus Christ, from the word of God that you may know His way.
I am Genise Johnson, founder of Open-Door Outreach, Teaching Ministry, God came into my heart and called me to a place that I knew not of. But through the word of God, the preached word, the prophetic words, that God sent to me through His men and women. Through dreams and visions the assignment came that I'm to remove the stumbling block from the way of those who do not know Him and bridge the gap between them and Him who are blinded in their minds, and God gave me 2 Corinthians 4:4, where God says, you are those whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ who is the image of God, this is for those of you who don't know the Lord, to let you know He has come to let you know He chose you. all of you will learn more as you read through the materials, already written for you.
When You Hear the Word of the Lord, hardened not your Heart,
(Your Mind). Hebrew 3:7-15
God added another set of hearts, Revelations 3:8 where God says, I know your works, (what you do), See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; i know you have little strength/faith, but you kept My word, and have not denied my name for those of you that made the mistake and took the wrong path
When one says yes to God, He secures their yes, and that bond between them and Him cannot be broken. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12.
This is your time.
The door is open.
Will you say yes?

Our mission is to remove the stumbling blocks for those who are stuck in hopelessness. We aim to help others open their eyes of understanding to Jesus Christ. To restore hope, both natural and spiritual, providing free resources and outreach services for economically challenged individuals and families.

Our Vision
We aim to tell people about Jesus. We want to help others grow in any area they feel stuck. Since we all have felt stuck and needed the help and love of Jesus Christ we love being there to guide others toward the same healing.
Luke 4:18.
